- Box changes, if requested, may incur an additional fee of $20?$40.
- We remove 1/3 to 2/3 of the soil before packing.
- No pot is included with the plant.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- We only offer replacements for plants that arrive dead.
- To qualify for a replacement, customers must report damage within 3 days of delivery.
- No returns or refunds will be issued.
