Fairy Castle cacti are pet safe! That being said, it does have small thorns called glochids that can be caught in your pet's skin and cause minor irritation until they fall out on their own or are removed with tweezers. These glochids make them unsafe for reptile enclosures.
Plants will ship bare root and are suitable for a 4 inch pot. Photos are representative and some natural variation should be expected.
