Morocco is known for its vibrant and colorful hand painted pottery. Ceramics are made in different shapes, sizes and for a variety of purposes. Fez, Meknes and Safi are the main centers of moroccan pottery. Ceramics are made using red clay, an abundant source in Morocco. The availability of clay has made pottery, an integral part of Moroccan culture. All ceramics are made from locally available clay, and fired in a wooden kiln. The ceramics are then hand painted with naturally occurring colors in traditional arabesque patterns. The final process includes glazing the ceramics to seal the beautiful colors and patterns. Best Construction Kids book
Format: Hardcover
My nephew can look at this book for hours. It is such a cool book even for adults. It is a more delicate child’s book as their are lots of demonstrations and paper pieces that move. The house across the street is being torn down and rebuilt and he will sit and point to the book and say this is what they are doing today. I think this book is one of my nephews most prized possessions. It’s a great book that can grown with them for a few years. He is only 3 but this could easily engage a 5 or 6 year old. There is lots of details and the book is really well designed.

Fun, but fragile
Format: Hardcover
This is a cool book, and my 2.5 year old son LOVES it. However it is important to note that it will be destroyed very quickly. There are lots of flaps and moving parts and it is very easy to accidentally rip them off if you try to move one in a way it's not meant for. I ripped more than 1 myself.

The Darkness Creates Monsters
Format: Paperback
I really like this dark fantasy comic series.
A long time ago, the world turned into darkness. The sun did not shine any more, and anybody who was in the dark for too long turned into a monster.
Humans still survive. They drive around and live.
The monsters are afraid of light.
The artwork is really really good. Monsters and humans are drawn with excellent detail. You can actually see what's going on. The fight scenes are easy to understand.
Can't wait to read Volume 2.
