Please find for sale 1 x freshly harvested to order Oxalis Triangularis bulb / tuber. This plant is better known as the Purple Butterfly of Purple Shamrock plant.
Quite simply this is one on my favourite plants - and why I grow so many of them! This plant is very hard to kill and will tolerate a wide variety of conditions - if it is unhappy it will give you plenty of warning before giving up - and even then it will almost certainly regrow from the tubers under the soil!
My elderly mother has one on her north-facing kitchen windowsill - gets no sun at all but is probably the best one I have seen! It will also quite happily grow in the garden - in pots or the borders, reappearing again every spring.
The only real care thing to note is that I have noticed that they are not keen on too much direct sun - especially the mid day sun. They still grow but it causes some browning/discolouration of the leaves.
PS I also sell the seeds of its rather pretty cousin, Chilean Wood Sorrel.

Planting Guide
- Pot up on arrival
- A small 9cm pot of moist general purpose compost ideal
- Plant tuber about 2cm deep with the growing point upwards.
- Dont worry if you cant work out which is the growing end - simply plant it laying on its side - it will grow just fine
- Keep in bright spot out of direct sun
- New growth should appear in a few weeks

This review is from my dog Beau, “I love my new bed. It’s cushy and fits my 15 pounds of fluff and fur beautifully. I can stretch out and sleep on my back if I want. I really appreciate that it didn’t have any funky chemical smell when it arrived. My mom ordered the sand color to match my fur. She says it looks just like the picture.
