Delicious Monster is named for the wonderfully delicious fruit it produces, lily-like and fragrant, flavored like pineapple. Big, green, strong stems and petioles support big, rich green, round leaves that are solid in young plants and shot through with holes and splits with maturity. With some support the leaves grow dramatically larger, (huge). Climbing trees in the jungles they love, they can grow to over 60' long. They are such good growers in Hawaii, where they have naturalized, they are even considered invasive. Each Monstera has a personality of its own, and every home should have a monster of its own in a nice, big pot. You'll find yourself talking to him. It's ok.

Water – Med (3): Likes the soil to be kept slightly moist, but not soggy. Water when the top 2 inches feel dry.
- Light - Low/Med (2): These plants need some diffused light to stay happy. Prefers if there is a window in the room, but doesn't need to be very light nor close to it.

Difficulty – Low/Med (2): Easy to care for and forgiving of a little neglect. Will reward you with bigger leaves when it’s happy.

BEAUTIFUL 💫

My daughter understood the phases of the moon so much better after reading this story. My ABA students also really enjoyed it — it’s simple, unique, and wonderfully engaging all at once. The kids are in love!
Format: Board book
My daughters are obsessed with this beautiful story and love the song too which we found on apple music (with the same title as the book). This is now a bedtime ritual every night, we read the story, say good night and put the song on. Very beautifully written and made. Highly recommend!

Best children book for your home library
The best book we had in a while. Both of our kids (4 & 2) loves the book and it become part of their bedtime routine.

Everyone Can Use A Little Assistance With Manners
Format: Hardcover
"Manners Can Be Fun" covers basics like introductions, please and thank you, being responsible in the home you live in and table manners. It's the illustrations, however, which get the point across and hit the reader over the head. No matter your age, the cute drawings really let one see what others experience when you behave badly.
The basics of what's important in life are put into perspective and appreciated all over again. Playing, saying "hello" and so many other topics pertinent to etiquette and consideration are placed on Mr. Leaf's pages in quick, precise prose which encourage action.
Munro Leaf's description of The Noisey's, The Pigs, Me First, Whineys, Smash, Rip, Ruin and others assist young and old of what to do around others and what not to do. It's basic, it's short and sweet, it's truly a classic. Like all classics, "Manners Can Be Fun" has not gone out of style. Many thanks to Universe Publishing for placing this wonderful book back on the shelves and into our hands.

A classic for the kids in your family.
Format: Hardcover
This is a classic book of manners written for youngsters. I had a copy a copy when I was a child, read it to my children, gave it to my grandchildren and purchased this copy for my great grandchildren. Necessary lessons are presented simply with illustrations one won’t forget. The lesson I remember most is this: “Be kind to animals. They have feelings too.” Most highly recommend.
